Functional Fitness
You can participate to all classes in the Functional Fitness program, 6 days a week.
Ex Animo's Functional Programming based on progression of our members to ensure their improvement.
Your lifestyle will be adapted to Functional training method in a short time with the social environment and classes at Ex Animo.
You can do your own training session during the free working hours specified as Open Box in the program.
Members who have not done functional fitness before are required to attend our free fundemental courses firstly to enter group classes.

Studio
All movement / dance lessons are held in small groups of 5-6 people with our experienced instructors who have graduated from the relevant departments of the conservatories.
Our courses based on Movement Techniques, Anatomy and Body Awareness. We provide detailed education for both hobby or professional dance life.
* You can contact us and start moving with 5-6 person group classes or private lessons.
You may be prepared with us for the Conservatory and related performative departments with our instructors privately who have a high success rate in the conservatory entrance.
